BE STILL

Restless World
always promising the rest
recklessly searching for some rest.

Busying with many things,

Tussling with anything,
puzzling with everything,
sizzling truth is we're nothing,
fizzling this truth in the wind

Trying to have comfort,
building many ramparts,
buying every possible things,
dying to posses all things...

Running always for money
spinning like bee of honey
whether it's rainy or sunny
at the end life becomes funny

Reaching the end,
totally broken and bend,
when we think it's time to rest,
There is no time left.

Be still and know that I am God. (Psalm 46:11)

"Conversion and calmness would have been your salvation, quietness and trust your strength."

 (Isaiah 30:15)

IT'S YOU WHO I AM

Where are you?

waking up from the sleep,

rushing through the days,

running through the time

I am tired of this life!

Who threw me down to this earth?
with cries and confusion,
with failure and frustration,
with hurt and humiliation,
with broken and over taken...
Who threw me down here???

Is this the life all about?
To fight and fret,
to fright and flight,
to run and rush,
with pain and crushed
Is this life all about?

WHO SAID?

I SAID, "I AM THE WAY;"
You said, "I know to walk."
I SAID, "I AM THE LIFE;"
You said, "I am tired of this life."
I SAID "I WILL GIVE YOU REST;"
You said, "I am alright."
I SAID, "COME TO ME;"
You said, "I have to go."
I SAID, "TAKE SOME REST;"
You said, "I've no time to rest."
I SAID, "AT LEAST LOVE A LITTLE;"
You said, "I hate everybody."

You looked for me everywhere,
except in your family and friends.
You searched me all the way,
except in you.

Here I am, who created you,
who formed you in your mother's womb. (Is. 43:1)
"I came so that you may have life,
Life in all it's fullness." (Jn. 10:10)
"I have told you all this,
that my own joy may be in you
and your joy may be complete." (John 15:11)
